“Moon Over Buffalo” Opens Tonight At Davies

The Theatre Department of Davies High School begins a four-day run tonight of the raucous comedy, “Moon Over Buffalo,” with evening shows beginning at 7:30 p.m. through Saturday, and a Sunday matinee performance at 2:00 p.m.

Moon Over Buffalo was written by playwright Ken Ludwig. It premiered in 1995, and marked the return to Broadway of actress and comedian Carol Burnett. The show’s plot centers around  traveling actors George and Charlotte Hay, and the slapstick drama surrounding their relationships with family, coworkers, lovers, and the pair’s pursuit of Hollywood fame when a famous director comes to town.

Tickets are available in advance by calling the box office, 446-5768, or at the door. Prices are $8.00 (adults) and $5.00 (students and seniors).
