Why did you initially want to get into the field of education?
I wanted to contribute to the growth and development of the young people of our community.

What did you do before accepting your most current position?
I worked as a speech/language pathologist at Carl Ben Eielson Middle School and I was the district’s Asperger’s Teacher Coach.

Tell us about your family:
My husband, Ken, and I live in West Fargo.  We have two daughters Erin, 25, and Meredith, 22.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy reading and golfing.  Ken and I have also begun exploring the many bike paths in the Fargo area.

What about FPS makes you most proud?
I am proud to work for a district that holds itself to a high level of excellence.
