Davies ballgame to send kids to summer camp

The DECA chapter for Fargo Davies High School has organized a Davies faculty vs. student basketball game to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. These funds will be used to send kids with muscular dystrophy to summer camp, where they will do things that they normal people take for granted: swimming, playing baseball, etc.

The event will take place on Tuesday, November 8, at 4:00 p.m. in the Davies High School Gym. Community members are encouraged to come out for the event to support the cause. Entry fee will be $5.00. A 50/50 raffle will take place along with other fun activities. Sponsors for the event include Choice Financial, the Dakota Medical Foundation, F-M Area Rotary Clubs, Alerus Financial, Eide Bailly, Gate City Bank, Nokken Chiropractic, Kochman Brothers, and State Bank & Trust.

For more information, please contact DECA event chair Maneesh Apte at (701) 361–5368.
